I have worked as a clinician, university educator, medical science teacher, professional instructor, author, presenter, emergency medical services professional, and organizational leader.

That range of experience has shaped the way I approach learning.

Healthcare taught me to value evidence and outcomes.

Clinical practice taught me that knowledge matters only when it can be applied.

Teaching taught me that presenting information is not the same as creating understanding.

Leadership taught me that sustainable improvement requires systems, not isolated interventions.
